The weight limit is 100 lbs, and the following breed restrictions apply: Pit Bull & Pit Bull Mixes, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, and Akita. Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, turtles, and fish are allowed. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. Fees and max number of pets apply only for cats and dogs; fees and max number do not apply for other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed.
