Beautiful complex
My sister was helping me find apts, but said she passed these up because of their yellow 70s color , lol. However, my bf ... and i stumbled upon them while out for a trail and was immediately shown an apt on the fly by Malina. Malina is the sweetest!!! All the staff are awesome. Ive already met 3 of the maintenance, they all come as soon as they can, which is quick, and all very personable and professional. Long story short, inside of these apts were so cozy and up to date, and am glad i live here. I love the clean light carpet, was tired of wood floors. If you’re applying, make sure before you move in, all your expectations are/can be met obviously. They will do their best to accommodate. I also had some issues with paperwork at the last minute, but Malina and staff were so patient with me and never made me feel bad. It has been a pleasure living at the Cove . I moved here four years ago and was very excited because I always wanted to live ... at the Cove in the early 90s. I love the fountains and ducks and my view of the pond and fountain so beautiful. The best scenery Wa has to offer. I will miss view deeply it brought me so much peace during the pandemic. I was laid off for a year and half. Janai and Carol helped me through two cases of Covid with payment plans and so much support from every staff member. Joe always was kind to me and fixed everything promptly. I will miss My large luxury apartment with high ceilings and large bedrooms. We’ve lived here for going on 2 1/2years, if they had a 3 bedroom we probably would stay here until we purchase a home. ... Feels like home
I lived at the cove for 2 years and I never felt more at home. My home was filled with so much natural sunlight and surrounded ... by greenery. My children loved walking by the pond to see the ducks and their babies. The office staff is beyond amazing and they throw resident events that include children and offer snacks to the kids.
