Best Staff!!

The property manager, Nathan, has been a dream to work with. He goes out of his way to make things comfortable and is always friendly. He helped me out so much it was amazing. He also does things to bring small pieces of joy to the community such as giving snacks or treats on holidays and holding social distance friendly events. For nothing else, consider Heron View for their knowledge and friendly staff.

My Heron View Home!

I just moved in this Month and it's been a breeze! Nathan, the Property Manager, has a good handle on his property. I also appreciate Val in Maintenance with his friendly and quick service! It's my new Home and it's a good one, I especially love the fireplace!

Emergency Maintenancesave the day!

I just wanted to say how thankful I am for the Emergency Maintenance system you have in plave and specifically Domingo Martinez who helped me Sunday evening. My kitchen sinks were filling up with water, out of nowhere, and I could not stop it. It was recirculating and flowing over onto the floor, floodong everything. Domingo stayed for almost 3 hours to get it fixed for me. Had he not done that, I would have been literally standing there taking buckets of water to the bathroom to dump all night long. Thank you Domingo!

Residents veiw of the Heron veiw

Over all I am fairly happy with the complex, just a few minor things that I would like to see changed, I have been living in the complex for about a year and a half, the biggiest issue is the kitchen cabinets, they are all water damaged and have some mold build up. The counters need to be resurfaced, now this isn't the case in all the apartment that I have seen, we moved from a one bedroom to a larger two bedroom in the same complex, the first apartment the cabinet are very nice, when I asked if they could be replaced I was told that they were going to do a remodel of all the kitchens in about a year or two. So all they did was fix the sagging cabinets.

It's a really nice place to live if you are in an apartment

Its nice. The staff is always helpful and friendly, the maintenance is always handled quickly, and it's kept up well for the most part. I love the location. There is lot's of storage space, and the building quality seems overall pretty good. The windows have some insulation problems, but that's really my only complaint.. Besides that, I am really happy here

Great place to live...quite, clean, affordable

The only negative would be the power may go out once a year, but this is a city of Kenmore problem. The power does go back on rather quickly. Positives are affordability, quite neighbors, one parking space provided. Also, the maintenance is very efficient and reliable at any time.

this property is in a great area I like living here

this place is near everything I need stores banks close to the fire and police department and that is great for me since I don't drive I can walk to everything and I am close to the bus line if I want to go anyway the staff is great they are very helpful and maintenance fixes any problem I have fast I enjoy living here

Would be better, but lacking amenities

I wouldn't mind paying what I am for the apartments, but there is just a lack of amenities, the price I was paying when I first moved in was fine for a simple apartment with washer dryer. Then the next lease our rent went up 100, so we will most likely be moving out at the end of this lease to fine a better apartment with more amenities.

decent place to live

There really isn't any parking available for guests. Power easily goes out during winter storms in the Bothell Kenmore area. The neighbors are respectful and quiet. the living space itself is nice In my place there are parts of the carpet that are coming up on the edges a little but no stains, the light fixture in my dining room is missing plastic stem coverings only cosmetic I am not a fan of the wall heaters. But the layout is nice, everything functions very well. I love having my own laundry machine dryer, dishwasher a decent fridge freezer.

Overall Nice property and apartments

Nice to live here, It is close to everything. Parking sucks if you have more than one car in a household or if you want to have visitors. Besided the one assigned spot residents always take up the visitor spots and parking on the street is mostly hard to come by. The apartment is spacious and in good condition. appliances could be updated but are working fine. Over all staff is friendly and this is a good place to live.
