The A'cappella apartments are a very nice place to live. It is family friendly and so are many of the residents. Parking... is limited and I always tried to stay home after 4:30pm in order to get a space to park. My apartment was close to 35th Ave. and road noise was a problem. I loved this location as I could walk to nearby shopping and restaurants. I enjoyed my time at this apartment.

cant use the gym or pool on weekends.
parking is a joke after 4pm many cars been sitting here not moved in months cars... with flat tires cars park no fully in there sport over lines or almost in the street. Put in a ticket to get some thing fix dishwasher cough cough to be tolds just use jet dry when been using it and still broken. Ask officer to get something they say put in a ticket. Relatively a good place, the staff are quite wonderful and friendly. The neighbors are on the not so great end of th scale... in my opinion, and compared to other properties run by the same company, they are quite relax on the rules. It caused quite a bit if stress for myself the last year we were there. We lived there for 5 whole years. We had our first daughter while being their and our twin sons as well. This place will forever have beautiful memories for us no matter the small things that happened around daily. Thank you to the staff who do their job to the best of their abilities. I've lived here for about 7 years thus far and I've never seriously considered moving. The grounds and amenities are well-kept... & manicured, and the staff are friendly. Maintenance requests are fulfilled pretty quickly (usually same-day if they're made early enough), and the workers know what they're doing. The rent has been very reasonable over the past few years and the management staff are willing to work with you on your rate. I've been offered several good deals and incentives to renew over the last few years. All in all A'Cappella has good value in today's market and hopefully will continue to for the foreseeable future.Read More about A good and stable place to live

I have lived here since November 2021. I have not had a safe and secure residence since 1998 until I moved here, because... I could not financially afford a safe environment. In other apartment complexes, I have been shot at, maintenance personnel did not work hard to take care of residents, I have lived in places with mold in them that was never addressed by the staff. The parking in other residents was very lacking. The parking here is quite complex, but I always have a spot to park instead of parking on the street far from my apartment. This place does not stink terribly. I love this community as the residents always say, "Hello, and good morning" instead of derogatory remarks. I love it here, and I am not leaving for quite a while. Acappella apartments homes are awesome! The residents and staff are very friendly and happy people. The local community is... great and helpful. The apartments are awesome and warm! The only downside is the parking though I have yet to not get a parking spot. Sometimes I have to park a little walk away from my apartment. No big deal. I love my home.

Overall great experience here at A'Cappella so far. The only downside is parking, it can be tricky finding a spot at night.... Love my apartment and the community! Location is great, it's easy to get to work. I love ladies at the office. They are always nice and friendly! Dennis is also such a sweetheart! I lived here for 3 years in 2012-2015. Now from 2018 until present. I had no troubles now nor then. I have my own parking... space so do not have that trouble of finding a space. I like the location and the staff are Great. The Maintenance are very fast and efficient. Any work order is done very fast. I enjoy my apartment and neighbors as well.
