Our community is cat friendly, and we allow certified service dogs only. We consider requests for reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis after considering the nature of the request for accommodation to afford a person with a disability an equal opportunity to use and enjoy our community. Some other types of pets such as birds and fish are allowed. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank.
