Cliff and Alex are amazing! We woke up to our washer flooding out part of the apartment and a crying 3 month old. Not 30... minutes after I submitted an emergency request and a regular request they were at the door. They are extremely professional and thorough. Over the past two years that I’ve been here the pool has been closed because it’s needed repairs,really,what takes two years... to repair? We’ll see if it’s open this year. The equipment in the workout room is getting old we pay extra for the amenities however, you can only use the clubhouse when they’re open on the interior, the barbecue grill is dirty and run down. Need some maintenance cleaning and possible replacement.
There’s often times a massive overflow of trash in the trash area, frequently, trash all over the parking lot and in the common spaces of the community. Recently, they were dirty, diapers and needles in the parking lot. There are several vehicles parked throughout the community that have been there for a period of time not moved. Also, in the evening there’s rarely parking and some people use the handicap spots without handicap permit and nothing seems to happen.
I have priced out comparable units in the area for what this complex charges compared to others. There really should be more concern moving forward if the amenities are not corrected, fixed and updated, as well as the basic maintenance and cleanliness of the grounds. It has deteriorated over the past two years, I had a family member that lived here 2010 to 2013. The community is a completely different place than it was then that’s for me I will not renew my lease and I don’t recommend the community.
Additionally, there are no barbecue grills allowed that are gas and icy propane barbecue grills out on decks and patios all over the community has i rule about the type of breed of dog We are allowed to have, although it’s not enforced. Over the weight size, huskies, and other animals that are not acceptable per the rules.
Some thing really needs to change with this property in order to be in alignment with what’s expected of the Wiedner company. I think they need to take a look at investing some money into this property, updating it and potentially additional staff if that’s the problemRead More about I would not rent here again.

I have great news the pool is currently working and all set for summer we are just waiting for May to open it, because it is a seasonal pool. We have been working extra hard this week to get everything cleaned up and ready for spring. Parking has been something we are actively working on we have been using tow stickers on vehicles that are not parked legally. Some animals in our community may not be pets, and are possible service animals which would account for them not falling under the pet breed restrictions. Whenever we have requested maintenance we get great, neat and Cliff... always does things the right way the first time and with a smile on his face. My husband and myself both retired from the Housing Authority. Doug in particular worked in maintenance and worked there 30 years. the parking here is a joke i live in building F and they expect me to park way by the office and i get off work at 1 in the... morning and i still have to walk with my baby and her car seat and her diaper bag. for as much as everyone pays to live here it wouldn’t kill them to have assigned parking, there’s apartments that are way cheaper than this and still have assigned parking. and the swimming pool wasn’t even opened the first year i moved in here. I am pleasantly satisfied with the maintenance team. They are responsive, neat, and quick to resolve.
The office staff... is helpful, friendly and kind.
Prices are continuously rising for rent along with everything else. Almost pricing me out of the complex.
Very disappointed; the last two summers the pool was out of order and that was my main reason for choosing the Vintage. I’m only signing 6 months more and will relocate if rent continues to increase and pool is out of commission again this summer. I chose the community for use of the pool and the amenities.

Vehicle(s) Reverse Parking -- Front of Apartment Door Entry
ALCON - Once again, I'm addressing the reserve parking of vehicles directly in front of my doorway. I sent an email recently... addressing the toxic exhaust fumes permeating into my apartment (E101). As of writing this email vehicle(s) reversed parked directly in front of my doorway which is a large pickup truck today. Please address these issues.

Since my time here at the vintage apartment I’ve had many light bulbs go out, and recently my microwave broke. I have have... several maintenance requests and Cliff is the one I have seen the most. Cliff is very respectful when he enters our apartment and we feel very comfortable when he’s inside. Here it is, a hot father's day weekend and I go out relax by the pool I pay for only to find it closed. Its a weekend so... it will likely be closed until sometime the next week when whatever is wrong finally gets corrected. We pay for these amenities and are continually charged for them so the expectation is that they will be properly maintained. This is simply not acceptable for a high end facility to be like this. Very courteous and efficient staff. My only concerns are with :-
1. Parking - on my block can be very frustrating especially... coming home at nights.
2. Creaking floors and heavy stepping tenants above may cause some annoyance depending on your sleep hours.
If one is to look for comfort and rest then be advised that you may be affected by the roaring of aircraft engines that fly directly above the complex via the designated flight path to the airport close by.
There could be some improvement with the housekeeping for the passage areas on the ground floor.
Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives.

From the time I came from California to look at the property, I was pretty sure where I was going to end up. I spent the... whole day looking at Moses Lake properties. This Vintage was at the front of my mind thru that day.
The staff here is quite friendly & helpful, and my apartment is spacious & comfortable. The cost is very reasonable.
I don't know if it's because I'm on the 2nd floor, but even when temps drop in the teens, I've needed no heating. The insulation of the bldg must be quite good. It's things like that that impress me. Also modern appliances are very nice.
If I had one complaint, it would be that the landscape maintenance needs some real attention, but after 20+ yrs in the garden industry, I might be a bit critical.

Staff is very helpful, whether it's mail received, broken lightens, etc. They are very courteous, and have sent appropriate... help if needed right away.
One big downfall at this apartment is the noise overhead, rap music and smell of marijuanna. These particular neighbors seem to have quieted down after I complained several times, but alas, there is still foot noise that cannot be stopped, and constant walking noises.
While I do like the apartment, I'm also right next to a busy highway here, and there is constant noise during the work days. I was not anticipating this as I made my lease while I was in Phoenix, site unseen. I'm use to living in my own home, owned by myself... for years!

The Real Deal...................
The apartments here are pretty normal mid-range, not real old, not real new apartments. The difference at The Vintage is... that the value-per-dollar-spent ratio is probably a bit better than most places in Moses Lake. The public areas are well-kept the gym equipment is in good condition and most of all, if there is a maintenance request, it is quickly taken care of.

Clean, safe apartments, friendly and helpful staffs.
The Vintage apartments are close to my work, staff are willing to go above and beyond to help me when I have a problem that... needs to be addressed. My apartment is clean and well maintained. There are not enough parking spaces but and I can hear everything that goes on in my neighbors apartments but staff are very helpful in addressing this and trying to help solve these issues.
