Andorra makes for a great place to live

I have been here for about two and a half years so far and haven't one complaint. The rooms are large and the complex is quiet, surprisingly quiet for how many people live here. It has a really good mix of cultures and is a very friendly, helpful community. This is by far the best complex I have ever lived in and very much enjoy running into my neighbors. The grounds are kept meticulously which makes this place feel clean and cared for and also affords a good view. The thing that sticks out the most for me though is the staff. There are only 5 main staff so that alone for the size of this complex is remarkable. Each give you the feeling of genuinely caring and are always helpful and prompt. The two main office women are Jeanele and Melisa, not once have I ever received anything short of pleasant from any interaction with them. You somehow come in with a problem and end up leaving feeling better for yourself. Both are willing, friendly and helpful and are always open to improving the community. I can't speak highly enough of them and they make this place work. Speaking of work Yanj, our cleaning lady works tirelessly on keeping things up. She's a beautiful woman like our office staff and as well is a joy to run into. Vlad and Alex are our maintenance team and are always in good cheer which is hard to believe for how busy they are. As soon as you put in a request they are there finishing the job. Both compitant and quick and always friendly. All 5 seperately are exceptional but together as a team are dynamic. It's the difference from an apartment complex to a community you want to call home. It's a good place to stay and they make you feel like family, that my friend is hard to find.

Living at Andorra is great all around!

I am a previous resident from Andorra Apartment Homes and if I had not moved away for a new job, I would have absolutely stayed for a long time. I was constantly satisfied with my home and the staff. The Community Director and Leasing Agents are so communicative, quick, and such genuinely sweet people, always ready to drop everything to make their residents feel happy and at home. The Maintenance Team is crazy fast. The property is grounds are always in great shape and there is a giant courtyard outside of my patio, with a clear view of the gorgeous sunset. I never felt like just a resident -- I felt like a part of Andorra's family! Every time I came into the office I felt so welcomed and they always remembered my name and face. That made me feel so special. Such a great place to live with an amazing team! I would definitely recommend this community to any of my friends or family.

I don't want to move out, you can't make me!

I have just finished my first lease term and I am excited to start another one. The staff here seem to care about the individuals, not the apt numbers. Any maintenance requests are processed rather quickly. It is easy to pay rent and communication is amazing here. I don't use the club house much, but it does have a bunch of cool features i need to jump in on. I feel blessed to have found a home here at Andorra.

Long-Time Resident

My experience living at Andorra for over 9 years has been excellent, great value. The grounds are beautiful, parking is not assigned but never full, and the neighborhood is suburban, lots of families, lots of nature. Noise is minimal and my apartment is far away from the trash bins so no noise. The clubhouse is newly renovated and beautiful. The outdoor pool and indoor Jacuzzi are well maintained. My apartment is on the 2nd floor in the small Villa units on Lakeview Dr., beautiful view, breeze from Lake Ballinger, lots of lawn, quiet, laundry facility outside my door with new washer/dryer. Great location for Seattle commute, off hwy 99 but not so close you can hear traffic. If I were to list any shortcomings, the trash compactor is a drive up the hill, winter snow removal is slow or nonexistent, and that is all. Great place to call home.

ANDORRA APARTMENTS

The staff (Jeanele, Elzabeth and Vlad) are both professional and extremely responsive to any of our needs. They are some of the most assiduous workers striving to make the residents of Andorra have a sense of community. Since Jeanele and Elizabeth arrived, we have noticed an increase in communications, tenant events, and attentiveness to the aesthetics of the property (periodically surveying the grounds for debris, having the gardeners clear the parking areas of leaves and other material. We have seen Jeanele and Elizabeth go the extra mile aiding the tenants in digging out from the severe snow storm. When the fire alarms go off, Jeanele, Elizabeth and Vlad are immediately on the scene to give guidance and assurance. When repairs are needed, Vlad and his assistance perform expeditiously and expertly. We have only two concerns; 1} The filters to the water heater have not been change since we’ve been here (going on eight years) and it is breaking apart (that might be a health concern) and 2} our apartment was remodeled and most of the ceilings were scraped to remove that cottage cheese popular in the seventies but, not in the two bedrooms. These ceiling are dust collectors which continue to accumulate over time which falls down and is not conducive for sleeping and good health. Not withstanding those two issues THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE PRIMARILY BECAUSE OF THE PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE STAFF AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.

The facility is great, great view and location

I enjoy almost everything in my apartment. However, nothing in my apartment is level or straight. All of the molding or windows are crooked and even the walls are slanted.

Okay, but needs some work.

I have lived here for 8 years and the location is good but, it would be nice to get some things updated especially since we are paying an ungodly amount for an apartment that has not been updated in 10 years. We have had a couple things fixed but, its more like a band aid for the issue i.e. our kitchen faucet broke and they put one on that works but also leaks and instead of replacing cabinet drawers they put a piece of wood on the backside and added more screws. It just feels half assed. The parking is a free for all which is kind of nice but, after 5pm I can't get a spot by my building. The reason I would recommend this place is because of the community and the location.

Dirty and smelly hallway, Unsightly furniture dump

My actual unit is okay, I was disappointed to find that my kitchen vent doesn't have an outside exhaust. Instead it just exhausts back into my apartment, what the fuck. Sometimes my neighbors are loud in the evenings but I can block them out when I close my windows, I am not looking forward to the summer months when I need to open my windows at night. The building has some really dirty carpets, and the building also reeks. Not a huge fan of people piling furniture right next to the trash can either, gives the entire place a really ghetto look.

Open Natural Surroundings are a given. Fabulous Neighbors

Living at Andorra Apartments is so handy to get to where my family and I need to go. Yet we are surrounded by open space and natural beauty. The grounds are well kept and the club house is sumptuous. The floor plans could do with a rethink but the apartments are roomy and filled with light. All in all a wonderful place to live with my family.

I absolutely love it

This is by far one of the better properties in the Mountlake Terrace Edmonds area. You can't argue with the rent because its so affordable and the staff is very professional. In my 6 months of living here we have only had to make one noise complaint and the next day it was taken care of. If you are looking for a peaceful, affordable, and cozy location then this is your choice

1 yr happy at Andorra Apartments

I wasn't home often but never had a problem there when I was there. Maintenance is fast on getting your problem fixed, same day or the next day. Great Job. Office was very good on helping out with any problem or question.

Apartment review

The apartment itself is spacious and clean, although outdated. The building space between apartments is not kept clean and often smells of mold, cigarettes, or marijuana. I would appreciate more building maintenance, specifically focused on keeping these areas clean and updated. The apartment complex has a great website and it is very useful to be able to pay rent through the online system. The staff are friendly and quick to respond to concerns.

The property is very well maintained.

I would tell them that the living experience is great, problems are solved quickly, issues are addressed immediately and though I've not seen them but once, the property having it's own security is a nice cushion knowing that they're there. Neighbors are friendly and considerate of the time zones if you will and the neighborhood is very nice.

Quiet location but really old and smells moldy

I noticed a bad musty, moldy smell in the stairwell coming up to the apartment upon move-in but had already signed the lease. Despite that, I was happy for about 3 days when the roof began leaking over my bed. The leak took a week or so to get repaired so water did not run into the bedroom. My room was filled with buckets and tarps. I wonder why the leasing agent did not let me move into the ground level place. The top floor has ceiling cracks in many places indicating long-term leakage. A new roof is being installed. The roofers are still trying to get the roof done between storms. I sleep in the dining room as now there is a crack above the bed area in the bedroom where the water had been pouring in and I don't need the ceiling falling in on me in my sleep. The ceiling fan in the dining room rocks wildly back and forth when I turn it on so I don't use it. I think the carpeted stairwell in BLDG F smells very gross and needs cleaned or replaced. The residents in this building in the back facing the parking lot and hill have no idea about clean or what a neat patio looks like. Smokers drop butts all over the place at will.
