Cats & Dogs are welcome! We do not have a pet deposit or one-time pet fee! The weight limit is 100 lbs per pet. The following breed restrictions apply: Pit Bull & Pit Bull Mixes, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, and Akita. Some other types of pets such as hamsters, gerbils, birds, turtles, and fish are allowed. Residents may not have more than 2 birds, 2 canaries, or 2 parakeets, or 1 Mynah bird. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. The pet rent applies only for cats and dogs; the pet rent does not apply for other types of pets. The max number allowed applies to other types of pets as well as cats and dogs. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. We consider requests for reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis after considering the nature of the request for accommodation to afford a person with a disability an equal opportunity to use and enjoy our community.
